Jay Hilbert is Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing for the Americas.
Mr. Hilbert’s proven track record in building and scaling world class sales and marketing organizations, along with his deep understanding of both communications providers and OEMs contribute to Telmar’s continued growth in these important markets.
Over the past 20 years, Mr. Hilbert has held numerous sales and marketing positions in the communications industry, including Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Spirent Corporation; Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing for Somera Communications; Senior Vice President of Global Sales, Marketing and Customer Service at ADC Telecommunications; and Group Vice President of Sales and Marketing, as well as Vice President of the Broadband, Internet and International Access Products divisions at Alcatel, USA.
Mr. Hilbert holds a Bachelors Degree in Engineering Management from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks.
