Hubert de Pesquidoux served as Chief Financial Officer of Alcatel-Lucent and President of the Enterprise business until December 2008.
Prior to his position as head of the company’s Enterprise activities, Mr. de Pesquidoux was Alcatel’s Executive Vice President; President of Alcatel North America; and member of the Alcatel Executive Committee. Prior to that, Mr. de Pesquidoux was Chief Operating Officer of Alcatel North America from December 2002 to April 2006, and Chief Executive Officer of Alcatel Canada since 2000. In 1998, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Alcatel USA. Mr. de Pesquidoux first joined Alcatel in 1991 as Corporate Treasurer, a position he held for four years.
Before joining Alcatel, Mr. de Pesquidoux spent four years in the investment banking industry including two years in New York City. He holds a master’s degree in law, a master’s degree in business from the Institute for Political Studies (Sciences Po) in Paris and a DESS in Finance from Paris Dauphine.
